Nails Studio & Spa in Gainesville, GA

Did a walking, lady said 10 min . Waited 1:30 pm minutes. Only 3 nail techs working on Saturday. This business has gone done a lot. They could have told me that I need an appointment or come back in .... Hours that could have been better. They sanded down to much made my nail hurt after. Never again will I come back. Wast of time.

Very bad customer service!!! I even got a fungal infection. had to get shots and antibiotics. The technician was really harsh doing my pedicure. I bleed so much. I ask for my money back and did not give me my money back. The owner guy was so rude. All the staff was very rude to me. Definitely don't recommend it!!

Visited this nail salon on 12/16/20 right when they opened. Showed a picture of what u wanted and the lady said she could do it. Ended up with something completely different than what I asked for. I asked for black coffin shaped nails and received black square nails. When trimming my nails to apply tips the nail tech cut into my nail bed and caused my finger to bleed, she then continued to shove a towel into the cut(unsanitary) and then later shoved the nail efile into it again, causing it to bleed more. When it came time to apply the gel polish- I pointed out that she had missed painting the sides of my nails, and even after pointing it out- she barely attempted to correct the issue. I think she was running out of black gel polish because it was looking pretty clumpy. My nails themselves are not even at all. The acrylic is bumpy, parts of the nail is thicker than other parts, the gel polish is already chipping off 2 days later. I was really excited to try this place as it was recommended by friends but the nail tech I got was very rude and did not do a good job. I am going to have to go to another salon to fix the issue.

I've been going here since I was 15 I am now 18. They have never failed me!!! Good nails and good price, s/o to Alex (owner).

Got gel nails manicure & a regular pedicure before I went on vacation. My big toe nails were cut slanted The next morning less then 24 hours later the gel on my ring finger was peeling up. So went back to get it fix or a refund. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me in front everyone in the salon, I'm guessing because the language barrier he didn't not understand what I was trying to tell him and just accused me of being "money hungry". Also told me to "get out and don't come back". I was not rude when I confronted but he still felt the need to disrespect me in front of everyone in the salon The gel manicure started to peel up after one week. Don't waste your money here
