Cinderella Nail Studio in Latham, NY

While they were very quick to accommodate me, my fingers soaked in the acetone for about 1.5 hours. ANC normally takes anywhere from 30-69 minutes I was in there for 2.5 hours. My nails did not last 5 days 2 are already broken and one is much longer than the rest. Normally I can go 3 weeks before having to get my nails redone. I honestly won't return since this is the second bad experience I have had with them.

Terrible experience and will never go back! The guy literally took 20 minutes from start to finish and did an awful job! Never again!!

Customer service is lacking. Basics, like lotion, warm water and massage should be offered.

This is my favorite nails place, and my nails after two weeks is still in incredible condition. Thank you Cinderella for always making my nails so beautiful. They always do a amazing job I highly recommend this place!

I've been going to Cinderella Nails for years and always had a great experience with my nails. Cindy the owner,always did a fabulous job and my ANC always lasted 3 weeks. When they reopened after the pandemic, I noticed that the quality of the ANC decreased, but I continued going to Cindy because she shared her business wasn't doing well and I wanted to support her. She was always kind and accommodating. My last appointment with her, I ended up leaving because she was so rude. The appointment I had with her was rescheduled due to a snow storm. I asked to come in at 11:30, she wanted me to come in at noon, so that's what we agreed to. I arrived to the appointment a few minutes early, and was taking a phone call in my vehicle, she came out to the parking lot, and knocked on my car door. I told her that I would be in after my call. When I came into the salon at 11:55AM, she was with a customer, didn't say anything to me and I waited 15 minutes before I asked to soak off my ANC. At 12:30 she came up to me and said she was going to do another customers nails, before starting mine- so at this point I've been waiting 30 minutes for a 12:00pm appointment. I told her that I was upset about this and she starting yelling at me that I made a 11:30 appointment with her and she grabbed her appointment book and starting pointing at it. I told her that I had text messages between the two of us that showed she wanted me to come in at 12 and i said that I won't get my nails done and left. This clearly was a miscommunication between the two of us, but how she handled herself as a business owner was unacceptable. There are so many nail salons in the Latham area that it's not worth being disrespected over a confusion of a nail appointment time! This happened in March and since then I've been going to Vivi Nails- appointments are started on time, I'm in and out quickly, and the quality of my ANC is great.
