I came across Jotanna through a Facebook review on a neighborhood group. I was not familiar with her work, but needed someone to absolutely slay my nails and she did just that! We spent three hours between a soak off, new set, and designs and every single second was worth every single dollar. I told her that I wanted Disney nails for my upcoming trip and said one of my favorite characters was Ariel but that I was open to anything. She had not done this character before, but absolutely KILLED it! I wish I had a more clear picture of the set but the detail in each nail (especially the shell and the portrait of Ariel) is priceless. The owner of the salon is so sweet and the whole staff cracks jokes with each other. You can tell that they are close with one another which makes for an even better experience.
I purchased a Groupon coupon for a friend and I to go to Chrysanthemum's for a mani-pedi. I have had manicures before, but I have never had a pedicure. Patricia Long did my mani-pedi and it was awesome. I am weird about feet and she made me soooo comfortable about it. She did such an awesome job. She put up with me changing the shape of my nails several times. I would have given up, but she shaped them just like I wanted them. I have carpal tunnel and she massaged my hands wonderfully. I loved it. She did such a great job with my feet too. They are so soft and that massage, oh boy! I thought I was going to just melt off the chair. Khadeidra Thomas did my friend's mani-pedi and she loved it too. I know we will be going back.....soon.
I loved my experience at Chrysanthemums last night. Chris was AMAZING. She gave me my first SNS manicure, and I could not be happier with the result. I already have an appointment to come back in two weeks for another! Chris was so much fun to talk to. She's fantastic, and her salon is absolutely beautiful. The decorations were gorgeous -- definitely had me in the Christmas spirit!
Also, Latasha squeezed me in for a last-minute eyebrow wax which was just as fabulous as the manicure. She was super delicate and careful.
I highly recommend both of the fantastic ladies!!!
