Christian Roberts Salon in Norwalk, OH

Even with a change in ownership this place did not disappoint! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I love the concept that you can get multiple spa treatments all in once place. Michelle was amazing! She was so calming, kind and skilled - I loved the emminessce products she used and I was truly able to deeply relax before getting on a long flight home. Just when I thought it was over, she gave me a wonderful foot and leg massage that was the perfect ending to such a great experience. I was booked for a massage immediately after with someone else but she was not Michelle! It was a let down after the care after the stellar facial. I wish it had been Michelle. I bought all of the products she recommended and continue to love the results. My skin has never looked better. Thanks Michelle!

Not the greatest experience for a bridal party. We made a reservation for a bridal party of 8 girls back in January and showed up today to have both manis and pedis this morning. One of the bridesmaids didn't show, so we had a slot open. Apparently the Maid of Honor was missed on the list (even though she was checked in), so we asked if she could take the missing bridesmaid's spot instead. Instead of taking her back right away, the MOH sat on the couch waiting to be called for 40mins. The free Christian Roberts girl asked twice if the MOH was the missing bridesmaid. We explained that she was taking the missing maid's spot since she wasn't coming, and the woman seemed confused, before disappearing upstairs for 20mins. Then they told us that they couldn't fit the MOH in for either service. After some time, another woman grabbed the MOH and started to give her a mani. After 20mins the free woman came back and started the tub for someone and was confused as to who she was giving a pedi to. The MOH decided to get the pedi instead of the mani. The woman who had started the mani seemed put-out that the MOH decided to go with the pedi...that she should have gotten in the first place. The woman giving the pedi rushed her pedi to get done in time and didn't do a great job. The polish smudged within 2mins. She mentioned that she was sorry that they couldn't fit the MOH for a mani, because she was sitting upstairs for 20mins waiting for the missing bridesmaid to show. Would like to once again point out that THREE separate people explained to this woman what was going on, and the the MOH was taking the spot, since the salon missed her on the reservation. We were NOT happy at all! Meanwhile, jump over to the Bride who showed up with Dip Powder on her fingernails. The woman doing her mani sat down and nearly lost her shit on the bride. Loudly exclaiming that there was no way that she could get "this stuff" off her nails. When she asked another salon girl (who was busy doing the mother of the groom's nails) that woman stated she would need a drill. When a drill was brought to her, she got pissy and literally said out loud, "and how am I supposed to use this?" Seriously what the actual hell Christian Roberts??? The bride nearly broke out into tears because she felt so bad. Every salon attendant seemed put-out, pissy or annoyed with our group, when it was clearly their screw up. Checking out turned into nightmare too. The woman checking us out had to be told seven (and that's not an exaggeration) SEVEN TIMES what everyone got. She was also confused about the missing bridesmaid that was replaced. Overall the whole experience was a solid CLUSTER F! If you have a reservation for a bridal party there -- make sure you double check everything prior to the appointment, don't show up with dip on your hands and book more than two hours. The girls all seemed rushed and inconvenienced. Not a single one of us felt welcomed or happy leaving.

Aly is amazing! I came in a year or so ago and she gave me exactly what I wanted, and worked with me to find the right colors. They offer you drinks, coffee, tea etc. and even a hand massage after they wash your hair. I don't live in the area anymore, but whenever I'm home I hope to stop back and have her fix me up again!

Do not go to this salon if you care at all about your personal appearance!!! I would not take my dog there for the treatment I received!!

I went in and asked for a polish, and I was told they would be able to get to me. The woman who was supposed to do my nails then got pulled in for a pedi and I almost wasn't even able to get my nails done. I went back to the front desk and they found someone to do a quick polish. I was told it would be $15. After my polish I went to pay and they tried to charge me almost $40. The girls I went with got a full manicure and paid less! I told them I was told $15 and if they told me upfront the cost I would have never agreed. Especially since my polish doesn't even look very good. Very bad experience and I would not recommend. They ended up charging me around $26 nail polish.
