I love my hair stylist, have seen her for a decade, but I will never step foot in this establishment again. Absolutely disgusting.
I had a really great experience with both Vanessa Michels and Linda at Chicago Hair. I damaged my hair bleaching it at home, and their expertise has helped me have pretty hair again. I recommend their coloring know-how and their cutting expertise - I usually trimmed my bangs at home but Linda did it much better than I do. I say if you need color go here for sure!
A sign encourages walk-ins, but when I walked in, 2 women said they couldn't help me and the third woman said she could get to me in 45 minutes. So I left for another salon. I've seen better service.
