Well originally i had gone to their shop to get cornrows done a few months ago for 30$ . They told me the price was 60 and I told him I couldn't afford that much so if it was a problem then I wouldnt waste your time . I got up to Leave and they agreed to do my hair for $30 but they was not happy about it. i sat down, the lady was was mad asf yanking my hair out and they were just laughing as ive had them in over a month and she put me on blast in front of everyone telling me your hair is DURTY you are supposed to wash it you know that right?!. Ive never been so humiliated in my life bruh. I see why they have a security guard in there cus they disrespectful asf And she twisted my hair as tight as she physically can even though i was in visible scrunity lik that some really disrespectful way to treat your clients. If i was a woman nobody would dare say sum like that t
I got cornrows and they were done nice and neat, I just had a problem with the high cost, but I guess that is everywhere!
What a class act. I was headed out to Hawaii on a cruise and at the last minute I decided to get my hair braided. I went to Chantal's and WOW was I pleased. Chantal braids very quickly and my hair looked beautiful. She was very pleasant and you can tell that her customers are her priority. I would highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed.
First off, when I walked in everyone was laying down on the sofas by the door. Then I was greeted by a woman which I told her what I wanted. I asked for 4 feed-in braids. I ended up getting 5 ( I wasn't charged for the 5th), a lot of gel/jam and it took forever. I always get feed-ins so I should have known better when there was a knot at the beginning of the braid that they were not going to be done right. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the lady was polite an she gave me a $5 discount.
