The owner of the place was super nice, but I was put with a girl there and she completely messed up my nails. It was the first time ever going here and it was not my normal place. One of my nails had fallen off and I wanted to get it done asap. She started doing my nails and she completely messed up the size and shape of my missing nail, then she was doing the acrylic and she got it ALL over my nails. Then she proceeded to drill my natural nail off, so now there's chips in half of my natural nails. While she was doing the gel, she got it all on the side and didn't wipe it up, she made my cuticles overflowing with polish. Then I had one nail with a big lump of gel on the tip. She dropped the nail polish brush on the floor, didn't clean it or anything then proceeded to keep doing my nails. She had to redo all of my nails... multiple times. Then since there was a bunch of polish on my skin the lady tried to clip it off with nail clippers. But thankfully Tony (the owner) of the place was very nice about it. He sat me down and redid all of my nails so they looked acceptable.
I'm surprised Tony's business still exist as he is highly unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever had.
HANDS DOWN the WORST acrylics i have ever gotten!!!!!! This place is terrible. The lady that did my nails went so fast through it and they were all bumpy, and smeared, and there was gel on my skin. Literally looked like a 10 year old did my nails. I will never come here again. Terrible service, and they didn't even apologize! The first pic is what I showed them and asked for and that's what i got....
Went here on a whim. Chairs are broke, smells funny and didn't feel very relaxing.
Just don't go here. My toe nails look terrible and my pinky toe is bleeding. They definitely rushed for no reason, no one was in there. Our polish is already coming off and it's been less than 24 hrs. The polish wasn't even put on nicely to begin with and my sister got a flower "design" which was a flower sticker and it came off easily. All the nail polish brands/bottles are old and look never used. We paid extra for the wax and stone massage and it was only seconds of rubbing. Don't waste your money on this store.
