Carol Cole Salon and Spa in Newark, DE

It was my first visit to this salon. I had a color, cut and style. The place is clean, organized and welcoming. Staff is genuinely friendly . Carol is a master stylist and gave me the best haircut I have had in years! She is a genius at cutting long layers. My color was great too! And my hair felt so soft because of the high quality coloring products they use. Suzy also did a great job with washing and treating my hair. I've found my new hair home!

I'm very much impressed by this salon. My 8 and 9 year old daughters received fabulous cuts by Carol and I am blown away with the chic cut I had done by Samantha yesterday! I am defiantly returning and spreading the word! Salon is clean and parking is convenient!

Since the pandemic began I have hesitated to visit a salon for my monthly cut & style which is very precise and asymmetrical.  My at home attempts were ok but not fantastic.
We recently moved to Newark De and figured it was time to find a new stylist.
Over the years I have been disappointed when visiting trendy, overpriced salons where the stylists and staff had "attitudes" and frequently messed up my cut. Most people have a few horror stories.
I did a google search and Carol Cole  Salon in Newark, DE came up high on the first page and she had great reviews...the website looked trendy,  simple and she looked nice & friendly.
I took a chance, called and the receptionist was professional & accommodating and managed to get an appointment for the next day.
I started to feel very comfortable. The salon is immaculate. Carol was punctual. She listened to what I wanted, took great care with my cut and communicated the entire time. It is obvious she takes pride in and enjoys her work.

This is the best cut and style I have ever received and I can't wait to go back. Get at lease one compliment a day!

I got my eyelashes done here the they were very thorough on what it entails and after care. Definitely recommend!

I had 2 poor experiences with other stylists when I first moved to Delaware and then I found this salon. I've been going to Vicky for my hair (cut and color) for about a year now. She's fantastic and I'm always very happy with my hair. My hair is pretty routine now but my first appointment I came in with awful chunky highlights and red I didn't want and she was able to fix it and get me back to my natural color. The salon itself is nice, very clean, good vibe. The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful. Also, I prefer not to schedule my hair appointment too far in advance because my schedule changes a lot so I just call when I'm ready and they're usually able to get me in within a week or two which I really appreciate. Overall very positive experience here, highly recommend!
