Bought my daughter lash extensions for Christmas. The technician was rude and nasty. Definitely will not be going back. Perhaps they treat the adults better but the service my 17 year old daughter received was terrible!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As I went in for my appointment she was not very welcoming. She took a look at my lashes and said she was not able to perform the service for lash extensions due to some left over mascara that she kept claiming to be waterproof (which it wasn't). First off, I just so happened not to wear makeup to work this day because I figured it would be inconvenient to apply the lash extensions, mind you I had never had lash extensions before nor did I receive any instructions prior to the appointment to not wear makeup to the appointment. I explained to her that I was going on a trip and had a flight that night and was unable to reschedule. I asked her if there was anything that she supplied that I could use to remove the minimal amount of mascara that I had left on my eye lashes and she stated she does not clean lashes. This is like me going into a tattoo shop and telling them I didn't wash or shave the area I want my tattoo and they turn me away. She was not willing to work with me whatsoever. I went out to my car to try and clean my eyes off with a wipe and I went back in and said can we please still perform the service and she refused. She looked down at her watch, said she needs to get food and has another client later and that it's already after the 15 minute mark, mind you I sat in the waiting area well over 5 mins waiting for her to finish with her previous client. I assume she did not want to perform the services due to it being paid for with a Groupon due to her statement of " you purchased with a Groupon I don't even see that money for over a month and that amount is minuscule compared to my daily income" after asking her to issue me a refund and said I had to contact Groupon directly. Clearly if you're going to purchase on Groupon, don't, because she will make you feel unwelcoming and possibly use any excuse to turn you away. I am not even sure as to why she has a Groupon for her services if she doesn't want to serve anyone with a discounted price. I will definitely not be going back.

Awesome prices, wonderful results. In and out in less than an hour for a classic full set. I've been to other high end places in NOVA and Posh is the best!

I got my classic eyelash extensions and refill done by Carol and she did an excellent job! I love my eyelashes! I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Posh Hair and Lash Lounge!!! I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have to share my experience with you about Carol. First of all she makes you feel at home and she really listens to you. Her place of business is clean, stylish and very inviting. She takes the time to make sure she understands what you exactly would like her to do to your hair before she starts. I ask her advice on products for my hair, she is more than willing to help and let's me know what I need. If this is not enough for you to want to go to her for your hair needs, then think about this, you get professional service for a very reasonable price!!! I get my hair done the way I love and I don't go broke doing it. Makes me a very happy camper!!! Thank you Carol see you in 4 to 6 weeks!!!
