Carizzma Salon in Billings, MT

Super friendly staff that do an extraordinary job.  Stephanie did my acrylic nails and Katryna did my hair on pretty short notice for a formal event.  I was so impressed and so were my fellow attendees at the ball!  Highly recommend.

I guess I can't speak for quality of service nor can I review anyone else but Mariana Waggoner, who confirmed my appt for 1pm. I arrived 10 mins prior to my scheduled appt to avoid the "10% fee for being late" and proceeded to wait for over a half an hour. When she finally came out just before 130, she couldn't care less that she had a customer sitting for almost 40 mins and continued on taking pictures of her previous client without saying anything to me, I was literally sitting right there. So, I decided to leave without getting my haircut. I value my time as well as others so the complete disregard for wasting part of my day, no apologies or heads up was enough for me to never go back and to hopefully spare someone else from wasting time that they'll never get back, with no acknowledgement. I hope that by writing this review others don't make the same mistake (unless you like being treated like you don't matter, then by all means book w/ her). Shit happens, people run late but they usually are attentive/decent enough to apologize for it or at the very least let you know you'll be waiting awhile. There's too many salons in Billings to treat customers like shit, way too much competition and if you're like me and new here, trying to find a good stylist to stick with - she ain't it.

Chantal was very friendly and a good rate for my thick full hair. She worked thoroughly and quickly and at short notice. A very refreshing find while looking for a good hairdresser who wants her clients to be happy.

Robin Opp is by far the best stylist in Billings. She is so easy to work with. She is incredibly helpful with her advice and expertise.
She is very busy but she is super flexible to get you in.
I was referred to her by my lovely friend who has been a client of Robins forever. And I was over the moon excited and thrilled about her work after my first experience with her.
I have been with her now for several months and I always like to switch up my hair style and she is do accommodating and so skilled. We are currently working with tape in extensions to add low lights to my bleach blonde hair and she is a true artist. My hair looks gorgeous it feels gorgeous and Robin is an awesome person to spend 4hrs with. We always have wonderful conversations she is friendly and polite, she is caring and super positive.
If you are looking for an excellent stylist to give you gorgeous hair and bring life to your idea look no further.

Went to Nicole Hone for a brow waxing left with my hair done as well. Nicole did a fantastic job. I've never had a better brow job or had anybody be so thorough with my coloring, and her prices and fair. I highly recommend Nicole for any of your salon needs!
