I called before hand and asked how much a full set would be and she said $30 first of all... Well I walked in and absolutely no one else was in there and there was 2 lady's doing nails decided to get gel and she said it would be 35 w my length and all and i was fine with that, she my pinky nail and asked if i wanted this length FOR 35$ and i said yes (it was the length i wanted) anyways she then cut all of my nails LONGER than the one nail and i asked her to fix it and she said no and was very rude about it. then i decided i didn't want Polish because my nails where all different lengths and asked to pay and they charged me $40 for nails with no polish or anything.
I went to California nails just a little while ago and they were very rude my nails were crooked and they made my finger bleed not only did they mess up my nails they were very dirty and the workers had no mask on, they used dirty nail tools on me I would recommend no one to go there because I very much will never be going back
This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to in my whole entire life. I went before and they where terrible but I saw a sign stating they had new management so I decided I would give them a try again because they are so close by and convenient. Well, they are even worse now!!!!!! I got SNS and my nails are crooked, lumpy, uneven lengths, I mean everything that could be wrong is wrong. They even put on the wrong color. If you are going to go here, you might as well do your nails yourself because they will look better! This place is horrendous
Really bad... went here because I didn't have time to drive to Calhoun to where I've been going a couple years now, and I regretted it as I went in. Not clean, dark, and the service tech had to be in his late 60s or 70s, so I felt terrible, as his hands shook while trying to do my nails and he couldn't see well, also making it an appointment at over an hour and a half long, as I requested to get them done within about 15 min towards the end of the appointment due to not planning on two hours... that and then within a few days the acrylic is breaking all over the place. Cannot return here again. :/
Nothing about this place is sanitary. I was baffled when they pulled out used tools and used them on me. Grossed me out.
