I went in today to get a couple inches trimmed off my hair that was to my butt. So much for a couple inches. Over 6 inches was cut off my hair leaving it above my shoulder blades. When I started to cry because my beautiful hair had been butchered, the hairdresser had the nerve to say that is how much I told her. When I said no I asked to have a couple inches trimmed, she said that my hair needed that much cut off and it will be healthy now. Heartbroken several years worth of growth cut because she thought it needed it. When I mentioned what happened to another employee there was no remorse and she went along with her day. I DO NOT RECCOMEND CALIFORNIA CUTS......
Um, just don't. This place is pretty bad. They are very "rushed" with their haircuts and they don't do a good job. They also aren't very welcoming. It seems to be a "get them in, get them out" sort of place. I've been twice and I won't be back.
Made an appointment for 9am. Showed up a little early and the sign on the door says they don't open until 10am.

I am the first to admit that there have been times where is was my fault for not speaking up or fully understanding what I was asking for. But Johnathan has been nothing less then a miracle. He listens when it comes to your fears and concerns and takes the time to explain and educate and ALWAYS delivers. I went from jet black dyed hair to wanting to be maroon and he did everything to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. He knew how scared I was to lighten my hair even though deep down I knew I had to and made me so comfortable and got results without any issues! His team is full of positive and amazing people and you need to check them out for all hair needs. You won't be disappointed!
