I had a very bad experience at Cabello Loco. Not worth the price at all. I informed her that I had a groupon for a cut style and conditioning treatment, and she completely started treating me differently after rudely telling me that we are supposed to inform her before making the appointment. (I told her right after I sat down in the chair and told her what I was looking for in a cut- and I wanted bangs.) I don't understand what a coupon has to do with how you doing a quality job but the moment she knew it was a groupon my haircut need evidentially dropped quality.
After only cutting the dead ends off she told me to go across the hall and get my hair done by someone else because she wasn't able to curl and put some of it up since she didn't have bobby-pins. She didn't have a mirror so she took a photo of my hair and showed it to me after simply cutting the ends off and it didn't look that different.
I asked her about the conditioning treatment and wash before she sent me across the hall and she told me it wasn't a good idea for my hair. Not even giving me the option. I was in her salon for a total of 14 minutes and she completed 1 of the 4 things I payed for and she still made me pay full price. She didn't even touch my bangs which is why I went there in the first place. I will never go back to her.
