I asked for dip manicure with a tip. My nails are naturally weak so I asked for a thicker or extra layer. Very disappointed with the unleveling of the nail and how thin/cheap it looks. I think it depends on what technician you get because I've had great experiences here before. Just not this time.
Really disappointed how expensive it was to get a gel fill manicure and pedicure here. I used to love this place but the past couple times I have been there it has been ridiculously expensive and they definitely over charge you. Plus I had an appointment and had to wait for 2 other people to go ahead of me when they didn't have an appointment and just walked in. Sad I have to find a new place now.
Worst manicure ever, anywhere. The technician actually filed into my skin on one of my fingers.... very painful and took a long time to heal. He kept smudging the polish and had to repolish three nails twice. He couldn't figure out how to turn on the dryer at the drying station and left me there for 30 minutes while he surfed his phone. I will never go back here.
I love this place, I went for the first time with my friend and they did the design better than the picture. I had Matt and he talked to me and made conversation and asked if i liked my nails. I definitely recommend.
Some of the nicest people I've ever seen to get my nails done! Everyone is very kind and helpful. And (at least as a repeat customer) they're usually super willing to fix your nails if something happens to them. I usually get the dip nails and they always turn out great.
