save your time and money please, I came here on Friday at three and the lady tells me that there closed...meanwhile their door is unlocked and the open sign was flashing through the window, it also states on their door and online that they close at 5:30 p.m. Anyway I left and came back the next day and was pleasantly disappointed, shouldn't have came back. They give you no smock even though they have a wall full of them???? I had cold water from my hair dripping all over my shirt,face,and even my legs. The lady doing my hair rushed and it's noticeable. would not recommend,i've been to better Dominican hair salons.

The owner is very unprofessional with bad attitude. It takes an hour and a half for blow dry. I would rather drive to Atlanta and back and have 100 times better results.
If I could give zero stars I would...I called and asked about the prices for a wash and set i was told that it would be $45 which is normal so I didn't think anything if it. My hair comes pass my shoulder so I'm used to paying a little bit more..as the older lady was washing my hair I'm not sure what products that she used but my hair became hard and matted to the point that it took two of them to untangle it..than she started talking to the owner in Spanish about what she did and the owner told her that she was going to charge me more( I'm pretty sure that she didn't know that I'm also Spanish because I look like a African American) needless to say I understood everything that they were saying but I didn't say anything but it was definitely cruel and disgusting things..after all of that the owner charged me $95 because she said that she had to untangle my hair and because of the length which wasn't true at all...I wanted to tell her so bad that I am afro-Latino and I understood all that they were saying but I just paid and left and vow to never step back inside that place ever again...
Giving them 2 stars. I was generous. I called the salon at 12pm on Saturday and asked if I had to make an apt. They said no and that it was walk in only . I asked them for the time that they closed and they told me that they close at 4 and take clients up until then. So I get to the Shop at 3:40 and the lady at the desk tells me that they are closing early even though the sign on the door says they are open till 4. The lady could have told me that when I called. I don't know if I will give them another chance. If they aren't professional with how they run their business then there is no telling what they will do with hair. I have never been to a Dominican salon before and was looking forward to the experience. Oh well
