Horrible service! Mimi is great. Her husband, did my nails and was very rude. When I asked for a longer style, he kept telling me to go shorter. After I finally got what I had asked for, the acrylics had came off in 2 days. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
I've been going to CT Nail Salon for years. I love MiMi who has always been good to me. I went today and her husband (co-owner) treated me horribly. He took a long time to do a gel fill and didn't want to paint them pink and white the way MiMi does. He basically told me to not come back unless MiMi was there. I fought back the tears. He was awful and he should no longer be an active leader. He's a jerk and he belittled me in front of other patrons. He is going to run the business into the ground if it doesn't change. Until then, save your sanity, and go elsewhere.
Horrible deluxe pedicure today! There was nothing deluxe about it. The guy was not paying attention! I had to ask him multiple times to put another coat so color was uneven. My toes looked dry when he was done. I was ready to get out of there at that point. A waste of $$ and I will not be on going back!
Horrible!! I always make an app with a specific person & someone else always ends up doing them. Never on time either always have to wait at least 10-15 min. Every time I get my nails done they are never how I want them to be. Last time I got acrylics they were uneven and one lady kept cutting me and I started bleeding twice. They are rude and I would not go here! Save your money and go somewhere else.
I've gone here twice to have my nails done... each time I have had a younger man do my nails and more often than not when he was sanding my nails down the sander would get extremely hot and pretty much burn me. So I would end up jerking my hand back in discomfort. Staff isn't very chatty, feels like they are just there to do their job and leave.
