Smh braids started falling out the next day horrible and I wrapped my hair up the night before! hair was done a week look like a month and it Stank in there and they told me to come in right away because they had no customers I live on the next block and all the chairs was full when I got there so I had to wait 2 hours never again for $200 I've had my hair done in this style plenty of times and never experienced them falling out left and right anytime I move it's embarrassing
If there was a way I could put zero stars on here I would. I was referred to her for my son a Dread locks. When I called to make the appointment and told her what I needed: wash condition retwist and style dreadlocks we agreed on the price. I took my son in for the appointment she says " can you come back I have head in front of you". I thought to myself how when I have an appointment. Ok, so I drive all the way back home to Black Creek. Take him back.. my son still waited an hour before she starts. She didn't wash his hair nor condition it. Only set him under the dryer. My son hair was not gathered-dread across the front. In other words she didn't dread up his hair nor could you see the parts. Today 4 days later we take his hair down to get ready for his prom ( from the twist) and immediately al we see if dark goop and dry scalp. I'm just finding out she didn't do what I paid her for. Wash and condition the hair FIRST. Who does that. Just put their hands on your hair when it's dirty. She just took my sons money without doing what was asked. I called her and of course she went straight for the .. "maybe I forgot I was busy."Where do they do that. Taking advantage of people because I wasn't with him when he went back. You don't write down appointment info. Of course she got loud and fast and says "well what do ya want me to do!!!!!" I told her hold up I came for a service not provided. You took my money and his hair is not nowhere right for prom... give me
My money back if not all then half. She says only $10. I tell you your business will not be blessed. Unprofessional, don't listen nor provide and over talks the customer. Her business won't be blessed. Phony lock technician...Don't waste your time. LaTonia B
I called them to see if they did walk ins and they were very welcoming. I decided to get Senegalese twist and she started my hair at 10. She got done at 1:30. Just to let you guys know , only one stylist was in my head. This was the fastest service I've ever had getting my hair braided. I told her to be gentle with my edges and she actually listened lol . I am so pleased with my hair and I will definitely be back again .
