Horrible experience. Did great on my pedicure but rushed through my manicure, actually painted them while I sat up at the front of the suite holding my hand up in the air. One nail was smudged so I asked her to repaint it and she begrudgingly did, but tried painting OVER the smudge, leaving a bigger mess. Again asked for the nail to be fixed and after waiting awhile, she "fixed" it but I had to remind her to use a base coat while she slammed everything around like a child. Initially multiple employees ignored my requests leaving me almost in tears being treated like I didn't exist. Definitely not worth the nearly $70 it cost me for a pedicure and "manicure". This happened yesterday and I already have a few nails chipping in a few spots.

I will never go here again. Rude and turns away customers. There were 2 available technicians available and they ask you to come back tomorrow. I do not have to beg anyone to take my money. I only came there due to a recommendations.

First thought are ewwww! This is first time that I had to walk away from service. I understand trying to get to the next customer as soon as possible, but you clean up the station before on the new customer. You want to use the same unsanitary tool on me as customer before me. No thank you. Also, the cost is the same as some of the upper scale salons in the areas.

My friend and I got our nails done here and neither of the ladies that did our nails did a good job. They were rushing us to pick out what color we wanted, and weren't being very friendly. We both got acrylic with gel on top, we both spent around $40 for our nails and we both have a few nails that are going to peel right off due to applying the gel top coat over the skin on the sides of our fingers, also when my friend asked if she could shorten them a little bit she rolled her eyes and was just being plain rude. The lady that I got didn't even say one word and didn't take her time resulting in my awfully shaped stiletto nails if I would even call them that at this point. Will not be going here again.
