606 Salon in North Myrtle Beach, SC

i'm so happy I found the 606 salon! Chris (or is it Kris?) is the salon owner and operator. She did a beautiful job on my hair and more importantly she is helping me desensitize my three year old to haircuts.

His first three haircuts, with supposed kid-friendly $30 haircut salons (those places with cartoons and chairs that look like animals or little trucks), were complete nightmares. He was terrified and they were rushed so he screamed, cried and scratched at us the entire time his hair was being trimmed.  I told this all to Chris and she said to bring him to her. She gently chatted with him and distracted him enough on the first visit that she was able to cut his hair without a single tear. Now our plan is to bring him in every so often to ensure he doesn't get scared again.

He even told my mom (gramma) how much he loved the hair cut lady and recommended she see her for a hair cut! It was adorable!

Recently, I went to 606 Salon hoping that that my dry damaged blond hair could be repaired. I met Cris who not only checked out my hair but examined a couple of strands closely so we could decide on a treatment. Chis suggested the professional Olaplex treatment. After the Olaplex conditioning, cutting and blow drying my hair, both of us couldn't believe the difference. My hair was smooth and silky once again! I came to get a cut and a dye, and my hair turned out so perfect! The two ladies that helped me were so nice, and so professional at what they do. They treat you like royalty! They also are perfectionists and cut and styled it just how I liked it. If I lived here I would make this salon my go-to!

I am here in Myrtle Beach for my honey moon and I have been wanting to cut my hair for Wigs for Kids to donate it for the longest time.  I Was growing my hair out for the wedding and thought, "why not now?" I found 606 Salon on the Wigs for Kids website and saw awesome reviews every other place I looked and decided to give it a shot.  I called and booked a quick appointment for the next day, which was exactly what I needed and wanted as I was from out of town.  When I got to the salon I was greeted with a huge smile and welcome from Chris.  She is so nice!  I was hesitant at first, I was nervous to cut my belly button length hair off!  However, Chris made me feel at ease and reassured me about everything.  She was SO thorough about the whole process which I loved!  She made sure the length was perfect.  She even sends the hair off in the mail, which is so nice.  The whole experience was amazing as Chris is so personable and so easy to talk to.  She gave me the exact hair cut I was wanting!  If I lived here in Myrtle Beach I would definitely be back   5 stars for sure!!!

I just received the best service!  I absolutely love my cut and color!  Chris spent a lot of time perfecting my hair.  Getting your hair done is always the best part of the day, and I definitely didn't leave disappointed!  I will be sending my friends and family to this location!
