Friendly staff, very accommodating. Good choice of color, although old and left out in sun so it breaks down faster. Clean establishment, they use the liners in the pedicure bowel, but I didn't see them sanitize/clean the files/brushes/implements.

The person made fun of the color I wanted and said some rude jokes. The employees seemed unhappy and were taking it out on the customer. Also my nails looked terrible.

I think their motto is thank you for your patience or thank you for waiting. Because I heard that from the minute I walked in until almost 8pm.

I went in early in the day, around 11:30 noonish, and made an appointment or inquired about making one being it was my first time going here, and lately, many places prefer you make an appointment, or so I thought.  I get an appointment made for later in the day after 5pm. I'm like, great cool, I'll be back only my name was asked that's it, I should have figured . Because I was in the area, and honestly, I broke two nails, and one was missing polish, I took that as I need to fix this ASAP. Fast forward to my appointment time. I arrive about 20 minutes early because it's snowing and I want to take my time. I walk in to say hello. At the same time, I hear "the motto " two other ladies are sitting waiting, and I take a seat. I greeted abs asked what I needed. I say I have an appointment, and the guy says okay. I start scrolling, just waiting, and time passes by. Eventually, I get to the pedicure area after six something. And i sit there for a bit, and finally, I start to get my pedicure. Let's say it's a NO for me. I had no polish on my toes, so not something that would take a few minutes to remove. Nothing was placed in the water to prepare for this pedicure just. The water wasn't warm at all and did I mention it was snowing outside, meaning i would have liked it a bit warm, I asked the lady, and that made no difference when she added more water. Another  usually when your getting manicure as well with a pedicure if there's polish or gel or do it's soaked as you get your pedicure at most places I've been. Moving on

There was a bit of confusion around me, with the ladies getting pedicured by the sound of it. They've been there for a long time. And ended up not wanting something, so the lady doing my feet got up and went to the front. Did I mention this water isn't warm, and my feet are in it getting cold, While I wait? So after a few minutes, I took my feet out. Eventually, she came back to me it was a waste for a deluxe pedicure because all I got was calm water, dry lotion, warm wax was brought out in two bags and was placed on my feet, not making sure to be on my heel or places it should be, While two cool towels are around my feet, 2 min later and the wax was off, but I think it needed to be warmer and more time to dry and that's the first time I've had polish on my feet make such a mess. Because she had to get a wet towel to clean the remaining wax on my feet, now she's making a mess with this wax.

Skipping that and moving to the polishing the first coat always looks bad no problem by the second coat, it looked the same, so I mention it to her maybe the polish is dry out, or something she tells me no problem and proceeds to do a 3rd coat I'm thinking she would remove the ones that look bubbling long store short my polish was so thick ‍  and now I make my way to the front, the guy tells me to sit in the first chair, so I'm there waiting after a while the guy says to me what I'm doing I tell him. He says okay, and I sit some more. A lady that walked in earlier from another nail shop while I was waiting for my pedicure is who did my nails, and she honestly saved my experience. She was nice. It took a bit because she had to look for this, that or the other you could tell she wasn't familiar with where things were, but she's been there before. I'm not sure if they did a remodeling, but I think chairs were replaced or covered from what I heard sitting waiting for my manicure/ dip polish. My manicure experience was better than my feet, honestly. Still, how they set up to remove the dip is wasting time. All the time I was sitting, I could have been soaking my nails, not doing it after the fact, and waiting some more. The dipping wasn't great, sure if it's the technique, and they use gel polish on top of the dipping, which is a bit much the first time I've had gel polish on top of my dipping powder. And the guy could tell I was annoyed he said nothing to me, and he was next to me that's why he passed me off to that girl and took the customer that walked in while I waited for my manicure because I could tell he knew the pedicure didn't go well

In the end, nails just looked lumpy and polish too thick on my feet. The dipping polish was okay. The overall experience here was one, but my manicure made a slight difference, but for the price they charged, it's a joke. I looked at the reviews after I was there. It's my first time getting my nails done in town.

I gave them a try, and it didn't work out!

I went to get manicures with my friend. First, the lady who was going to help me switched three times. Each time, they moved me farther and farther away from my friend. The lady at the front desk kept telling them we were together and to sit us next to each other and they didn't care. I asked for a regular polish manicure. I can't have gel due to my job. I was asked over and over again why I didn't want gel. My friend got gel and hers actually looked amazing. Both of our "manicures" were not really that great though. No lotion massage or anything like that. And now my manicure..... is terrible. I Al really disappointed. At one point, it smudged and the lady literally just painted over it and now it's completely uneven. It looks awful. Don't waste your money if you're going for just a polish manicure. It seems theyre okay with gel and acrylic after reading other reviews but not good with just regular polish. Not a good selection of colors either.
