Nice Nails Spa in Mishawaka, IN

Great for a quick pedicure, reasonable price for pedi services. A million colors to pick from, regular, gel, dip, or otherwise. Staff was wonderfully nice! Friend smushed a nail under the dryer and they completely redid the two affected nails and put her in to dry for the full time. I even saw a woman walk in for a nail repair (i don't know extent of damage) and they didn't charge her a cent to fix it. Will visit again for pedis.

I got an overlay and a pedicure. The nail tech filed off the tip of my natural nails after applying the acrylic overlay. In less than a week I had to come in 3 times bc the tip of my nails broke completely off. I've been getting overlays for 15 yrs and I never break my nails. On the third time in...again, less than a week later I was charged $10 to fix their mistake. I have a 4th nail that is cracked and I refuse to pay $20 for a repair on a serviceI i paid $60+ for less than a week ago. The gentleman providing the service added a tip despite me saying I did not want one. He said I was done after applying a clear coat of polish when I clearly came in with a design on the nail getting repaired...which matches the opposite hand. He randomly picked out colors that did not match what I already have on my nails and got an attitude when I told him the colors were incorrect. I tried to tell him the correct color but he continued to bring me nails swatches to look at instead of just using the colors I know I have....seeing as how this is the 4th time I've had to say them in the last week. He haphazardly did a design that does not match what I had...despite having an already completed nail to model after. Such a headache and waste of time.

We had a great experience! They had competitive pricing and were efficient. My toes also look great. I would come here again.

Don't waste your time or money!! They are very rude and customer service skills are terrible. Gel polish does not last 5 days and they definitely will not try to fix any situation. I went back to get a polish change considering my polish completely came off in 5 days. The picture below is the polish change that cost me full price $25.  Looking at all the reviews here and posts on Facebook, there is clearly a negative problem. The responses to the reviews are even more evident of the lack of professionalism.  I hate to throw the race card but they are blatantly racist! I have looked past this too many times but this will definitely be my last visit.

first and last time i will be here. the staff doesn't even TRY to speak to where you can understand them. and they walk away while they're answering you. when we walked in we were told 25-30 minutes and ended up waiting two hours. the lady doing my moms toes smashed her foot with the drying light and you ask them a question and get 30 different answers.
