I am appalled at Bubbles and Bows. I have bought my Shi Tzu there for 10 years. The last two times we bought her there they charged us $10 more than usual--they said she was getting older and hard to groom. Also the girl that groomed her was no longer there and they also had all new groomers that were being trained in. When I questioned the owner she said if I had a problem go some place else, which I have. They also got hair in her eye by not clipping it close enough. She got an infection in the eye and has lost the vision in the eye. I spent nearly $800 trying to save the eye. The owner is not the kind of person who should own a facility for animals if she can't admit when they made a mistake. Steer clear of this place. They have no loyalty or sympathy.

Our golden retriever was sprayed by a skunk early this morning so I brought him in to B&B hoping they had an open grooming appointment available. Toni was very accommodating and was genuinely excited to take him in right away to clean him up. She used their new micro-bubble treatment that made the skunk smell disappear. After a quick groom and trim, we now have a dog that's allowed in the house again. Thanks Toni and your staff for the impressive customer service!

We have brought our dog here several times for boarding. Most of those times, I was able to reserve her spot last minute (once even the day before a holiday because of a last minute cancellation).. She gets lots of love and attention, her nails trimmed, and I never have to worry about her being taken care of! She also seems to make lots of friends during her stay! Glad we've discovered Bubbles and Bows, it's well worth our drive!!

I took my grand dog in for a bath today. We have a state wide mask mandate which has made me more comfortable leaving my home. There were the owner and at least six employees not wearing masks. The owner stated it was a safety issue , dogs attack people wearing masks. She also stated the virus will go away after the election cause it's all political. Obviously groomers are not exempt from the mask mandate and I will never go here again since they value a political stance over public health.

We took our Chorkie, Stevie, here last minute. We were from Minneapolis, and choosing a new place for him was scary. We showed the groomer a picture, and he turned out so cute! He was even cuter than how a big city groomer made him. He came out with a bandana, and was not even stressed. The women here did an amazing job with him, and with customer service to us. I'd take him back anytime.
