I hate that I'm leaving a poor review because I've been coming here for a while. But upon arriving for my appointment, I was told I didn't exist. My appointment that I booked with online was somehow "overridden" and disappeared. My confirmation text didn't mean anything. I was then told by the desk girls that the online scheduler doesn't work, it sends incorrect confirmations and loses bookings. If you know this is an issue, fix it or remove the ability to book online. Appointments are almost always impossible for me to make so it's extremely infuriating to actually make an appointment for the salon to lose it.
I needed to get my hair done because i am getting married in 2 week. My hair was not in good condition when I came, but after some TLC from Destinee it was transformed into a masterpiece. Destinee was able to accomplish a beautiful strawberry blonde that I've always wanted but nobody has ever been able to do it successfully! The environment was amazing and I was constantly being checked in on and offered refreshments. Even after my hair was completed Destinee made sure I 100% loved my hair before leaving! 100% recommend and will be coming back!
Everyone was super amazing. I booked my bridal party here to her hair and makeup. It was an absolute pleasures! They did exactly what we were looking for and we all looked amazing!
I've been hesitant to leave this review. I had my bridal party and my hair and makeup done here. I'm glad I had the makeup trial before the wedding. My eyebrows were so large. The foundation was probably 3 shades too dark (if not more). The day of the wedding, I ended up doing my own eyebrows. I didn't love the makeup but what can you do. As for the hair, I had extensions put in for length, but she said "oh no if you wanted length, you should have gotten longer. This is just for volume!" My wedding day was supposed to be long, loose waves. It was shoulder length, curling iron curls. My bridesmaids didn't like their makeup either and overall, I wouldn't choose this ever again.
