Brow Spa is located in Governor's Square mall near Ross, Victoria's Secret, and B&BW and on the wing of Kay Jewelers, Auntie Anne's, GNC, Game Stop, Asian Massage, and Nail Trix.
I was shopping for a last minute event and noticed in a mall mirror...I had bushy eyebrows. Oh no!!!!
It was an emergency but thankfully they take walk-ins.
I was immediately greeted with a smile and directed to an open chair for a eyebrow threading clean up. They do offer eyebrow tint and other skin care services.
I was finished in less than 10 minutes and back to shopping. I was pleased with the service and will return. A week later my eyebrows still look good.
Worst experience and all they said was sorry. My brows are too thin, uneven and unbalanced. I specially said not to make them thin and she did. I asked for a clean up and my left side is almost nonexistent. I will not be going back
