BROW & SPA in Murfreesboro, TN

After looking to get my eyelashes done for my birthday and not finding anyone because it was right before a holiday so everyone else was booked. I decided to give Brow & Spa a chance... pictures are from Day 1 to Day 3. WASTE OF MONEY! Day 1 shows how they were not filled in at the start and end of my eyes. They were not even and had less eyelash in the middle. Day 2 shows how some eyelashes flipped upside down and the middle space that was light became even lighters sad!!! By day 3 it was embarrassing to go out like that :( My husband was pissed because I spent $85. At checkout the hindu woman literally yelled at me in front of all the customers to "HEY HEY!!! Come back and TIP better!" After I had tipped $1 on the machine instead of $12! Which is 18%. She said "I think you made a mistake because you didn't tip me right!" Disgusting employers. I'd rather pay $120 for high quality lashes that actually last 2-3 weeks with a lash tech.

My eyebrows turn out well, but she is a kinda rude. Honestly I'm still wondering why we have to wear masks in there. And if you are a business who still wants their clients to wear a mask, then you should be able to provide some if the customers do not have one. I think this place will lose a lot of money for different reasons. It's sad because she is talented in what she does. So my business will be going else where, where the talent is the same or better. And doesn't require masks. Hope this was helpful!

If I can 0 stars I would. We walked in, & the lady was very rude. She gave us a dirty look as soon as we walked in & asked "what you want" and gave attitude after I ask if she accepted card. She then asked if we had mask & we said no, but if she has some, we'd purchase one & she gave attitude & rolled eyes, so we just walked away & decided to get our eyebrows done somewhere else.

Been in here several times to try to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady is extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and told me she couldn't do my eyebrows and pointed to the door. There was only 1 person in there. The other times I've been she told me she could not work with new clients. Sign says open and walk in welcomed. Again she chooses who she wants to work with based on what? Color ? Gender? I would not recommend this place to anyone!

BEYOND RUDE!!! Im not from Tn so I'm using my GPS and I was still getting turned around so I called to see if they could offer any help finding there location ...The lady that answered acted like I was bothering her asking for directions and told me she was busy ... I should have kept going then but I didn't and pulled up not even a minute later to find a empty shop and a still super rude and Unprofessional lash artist... The absolute worst lash job I've ever had!! I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
