I came here for the first time to get a pedicure and I won't be going anywhere else. DP was amazing. Best pedicure and massage I have got! 10/10 recommend this place
Prompt service, but the service wasn't good. Very young man did my pedicure. Made 2 of my nails bleed. Cut off too much of my cuticle and they are now sore. Told him 2 times I did not want any scrub or lotion on my legs due to sensitive skin issues, and he still tried to put the scrub on my leg. He had to go get another person to translate no scrub or lotion. He kept going over the middle part of my foot with the cheese grater and barely touched the callouses on my heel and toes. Both my heels and toes are still rough to the touch. At least I can do them in the shower myself with my pumice stone. Nail polish looks good but the rest could be a lot better. I won't be coming back.
I came in on Monday to have a manicure done with Kathy. I had made my appointment a week prior. My appointment was at one, and I wasn't sat down until 1:15 pm. It seemed to me like Kathy rushed doing my nails, and as my first time here, I was a little disappointed. The customer sitting next to me got a hand massage with lotion at the end of her appointment, which is something I didn't get, but should have. Upon paying and going out to my car, my one nail smudged already. So I turned around and walked right back in to get it redone. Kathy, of course, was with her next client already. Her brother fixed my nail and did a much better job than what was done on my whole manicure. I really wanted to love Broadway Nails, as it's so close to home, but my first experience here was a little lackluster.
My pedicure looks horrible. I was quoted $47. Then got charged $68.50 and it looks very messy. I was started 25 minutes late for an appointment I called and made earlier and was made to be late for work when I had an hour all. I'm am extremely upset as a first time customer. Worst pedicure and experience I have ever had. I'm in disbelief.
I was called by management and they showed they cared about my experience and offered me a $20 credit if I have another service. This professionalism was appreciated.
