Premier Nails Bearden Station in Knoxville, TN

Nathan did a wonderful job on my nails, he was very detail oriented and made sure everything was perfect!!! 100% recommend.

My daughter, and I just moved to the area, and are looking for a new nail place. She loves to get her pedicures. We typically go downtown to the nail room, but it is getting quite expensive, even though we only go once every few months.

I went in today to get a pretty decent pedicure. And then I just wanted a kids pedicure for my little girl, and a simple nail paint. They always wash off in the bath, even the gel polish, we've never really had any luck in that area. Either way hers looks so cute, but for the price? Wow. It was $180.... Before tip. That was my pedicure priced at $60 for me, her toes and nails (5years old) and then I got the wax for my hands ($10). Its like $120 for all of this at the Nail Room, and they swoon over her and ask us if we wants drinks and snacks. My toes look fantastic, the girl that did them did a great job on the paint.... But...After moving for weeks I needed a pick me up, then I got home and saw my heels. So the polish is great, the skin and massage part isn't so great. We may or may not be back, there are plenty of options in the area to try.

If you want a poor-quality manicure/pedicure in a filthy place with rude staff come to Premier Nails Bearden Station salon. I gave this nail salon another chance after it was remodeled but while you can put lipstick on a pig, it is still a pig. The basics--quality, cleanliness, and professionalism can't be remodeled it is an innate quality that this place lacks. Save yourselves from a bad experience.

If I could give it no stars I would
My friend and I found this place on a Sunday just to have some girl time. We were greeted and seated rather quickly which was wonderful however when I went to my nail tech and sat down I explain to her what I wanted and she said OK she proceeded to cut my ring finger I don't know how many times put the nails on that were so incredibly thick and heavy they were just awful even after I told her they were heavy and they were too thick she just kept going and told me that they would be fine so fast forward a week later I had to soak my nails off last night I currently have an infection in my ring finger that has left major indentations and discoloration in my nails they use expired acrylic and every time she cut me she just went over it with nail polish and told me it was fine which left blood and other things all over my finger I am currently going to the doctor for some anabiotic's!!!!!!! I left that place so mad I didn't even get my nails painted designed nothing neither did my friend this was possibly the worst experience I have had in my 15+ years of getting my nails done.

And my pedicure is god awful!!!!!!!!

At over 100$ I am scathing AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I needed a last minute manicure and pedicure for a event I had to attend and thought I'd run in to Premier. I was not very impressed with the inside. It is cramped and needs some sprucing up. I was in and out in less than an hour. Which one as not the goal. I like a good relaxing pedicure, not a timer set beside me so the tech doesn't go over a minute or two! I found that very annoying. They are also pricey for the small amount of effort they put into your services. So if you wanna spend a "little" bit of time a lot of money. Then go here otherwise I'll be trying somewhere else next time.
