I have scheduled multiple of times and then find out later it is cancelled last minute... I had an appointment today and confirmed via emailed last night. Came in today and was told it was cancelled because the person doing my hair wasn't feeling well this morning. It is really unfortunate... I always show up on time and schedule way in advance to these appointments. Seems like the salon doesn't even care.

Jerrod - !!!!! wow what can I say. Months ago I was thinking of getting rid of my Grey and finding a fresher look. Thankfully I found Bouffant Salon near by in Beaverton. I read a great review about Jerrod and his way with color and decided to go for it. It was the best thing I have done in years. I now feel 10 years younger and would not trust anyone else with my hair color. It's a bonus that he is really beautiful inside and out. Thank you Jerrod, Ann A.

DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! I had an apt scheduled for a sat and ended up at dove Lewis hospital with our very sick cat. We had been up all night and I completely forgot to cancel my apt. They charged our card for 80.00 after I explained why I had to cancel. It was heartless of them. They hung up on my husband and left us feeling like we didnt matter. I am astonished at the lack of compassion these people had with our situation.  We luckily got a credit from our bank after we reported it. I hope everyone knows how awful they treated us and I would never have a person like that do my hair.

My hair was a mess. I hadn't had a real haircut since 2020. I had simply been trimming my hair to get rid of the snarls. I have extremely curly hair. Which requires someone with a lot of skill to cut it. We didn't discuss what the style was going to be,,,just a general discussion about the fact I'd had inverted bobs in the past. The stylist  didnt wash my hair or even dampen it. He simply started to cut my hair DRY!!!. You don't ever cut curly hair dry. Its difficult to establish lines in the style doing this...and to determine where the curl patterns begin and end...which can result in wingdings everywhere. I didn't want a cut which had marcelle waves because my hair was cut improperly where the curl and wave patterns were. I was in shock as I could feel him snipping  inches of my hair at a time and it wasn't stacked, but more or less rounded in the back. The front portion of my hair was left untouched...and on the angle...if you look at it right now...it looks like two hanks of hair are sticking out at opposite sides of my face.  There was plenty of hair to cut to cut it into a style initially. I would estimate five inches. But now there's not much to work with back there. I called yesterday to talk to someone about getting a refund and or what could be done...and he said he booked the appointment for me...but wasn't sure if I told him I had very curly hair...I said to this person Joey, that, yes, that was the first thing I brought up. Evidently the person who cut my hair has clients who have curly hair, but this stylist isn't CURL CERTIFIED... meaning that he ought not to have been the one to cut my hair. Cassie, who wasn't there yesterday was supposed to call  me back to discuss what could be done to help me. I am devastated.  I didn't way anything when I left the salon because I couldn't tell until I washed the gel out of it, how poorly it was cut.  The cut took less than a half hour. It takes usually a good solid hour of cutting texturizing, matching up etc before my hair is done.  The situation felt unreal...how can you cut curly hair without
washing it first? Without consulting.  I will remove this negative review only after someone gets back to me and gives me some satisfaction and corrects my haircut or refunds the total cost.  I am not mentioning the stylists name because I don't think its entirely his fault....I was booked with someone I should not have been booked with, period.
