Great service! Stylist Danny did a great job doing my highlights and overall color. Will definitely be back. She was fun as well.

Now Bombshell studio salon on Fairview. A nail tech was condescending and rude. First, she told me as she was starting on my nails, "next time you call for an appointment, make sure it's what you came in for, you made an appointment for a full set of nails, this is a nail fill, it just helps to be....", that's when I was offended and said, " I did make an appointment for a nail fill, this doesn't look like I need a full set, so I do not know what happened on you're end".  She was quiet. Then, she was was objective to using the same pink acrylic the previous tech used and said she doesn't have it and she can use one that's close to pink. I let that go, I needed my nails done and had no other time this week. Next, she comments to me about a client in the background that was explaining her needs to get her eyebrows waxed, "I don't see what she wants waxed, there's nothing there". I interrupted and said, " Oh, that's my daughter and yes, she needs a wax".  We hardly spoke the rest of the procedure and it was all I can do to keep my composure,  keep calm and kind. We paid, we always tip for services good or bad, and made another appointment. Later, my daughter and I compared experiences. I told her mine and she also said the wax tech made her feel like she was wasting her time waxing the hairs that were outgrown under the brow and should look into getting them threaded Instead. We cancelled our appointments later and won't be back, ever. Always had a great experience at Bombshell before that day, I'm sure it is an exceptional place for others. It takes a few to have poor customer service to get a bad review.

This place is very tough to even know when you will ever receive good service it seems like. Great location and is very nicely decorated. Sadly it is never recommended by people mostly due to poor service, treatment, and the work sometimes is cringing. Jessie the owner is very nice and outgoing. When I went in she passed me off to one of her hairstylists her name was Torri. I went in for a simple trim and she gave me more of a mullet. Also it's very scary and I should have said something but she is quite a talker and you don't know if it's best to have her long rants finish before she goes crazy with the scissors or let her chat away and still let her go crazy with the scissors. Either way was definitely not a good multi tasker. I thought she was new because she sure came off that way but said she had been working there for 4 plus years I believe I recall her telling me. I know it was a crazy number to where she should have been better at what she was doing. This place is not very professional lots of gossip happening around you. The treatment varies it seems on their judgement depending on who walks in the door or well known by them personally. Happy I didn't dye my hair or anything chemical because you can tell the products they use are cheap not good quality at all. Like I mentioned what a nice place it has a lot of potential to be a 5 star place for sure if the right staff was there. Star and Tanaya were amazing at doing nails here they are sadly gone. Hair and lashes done by Karla and Karen were amazing as well but they are gone too. Unsure if their barbers are still there but Cesar and Hernan are two amazing barbers highly recommended for men! Seems like all their top employees tend to leave just as fast as they get there. Hopefully this place steps it up before there is no other choice but to shut down. Every time I pass by it is empty or looks closed.  The potential is definitely there being kind and providing better customer service, quality products, and quality esthetician's would be a great start!

Jackie is the best! She is so sweet and an amazing nail tech! 10/10 recommend booking with her. The salon is really clean and tidy as well!

If you are friendly and family oriented, with the friendliest staff- I shouldn't have to see one of you employees commenting this on her Facebook. It's disgusting . My mother is Asian American , used to get her lashes done by you guys , and I can assure you, her and her friends will not be coming back after she shows them this. If you don't see what is wrong in this picture, I don't know what to tell you.
