I like this location and how they don't rush you with any service that they're giving whether brows, waxing, or henna. If you want any extra tweaking or add on with your service, the ladies are always willing to accommodate.
I previously called before hand before coming to get an eyebrow thread & the woman on the phone explained to me that there was only a 5 minute wait ,maybe less, but once i got there i waited an extra 20 minutes & they will also allow others to skip you or get ahead of you & they move with no sense in urgency. definitely do not recommend!
If you need a first time facial experience, this is your place. There are no warm blankets to cover you while being serviced. I layed there wrapped in a stained towel while on top of stained sheets/blankets. The lady didn't ask what kind of facial I was interested in, she proceeded to give me a "gold facial". It was priced as $60 but I was charged $71. I got a henna tattoo done, priced as $15 but I was charged $35. I had a threading and staining done on my eyebrows but I wished I would have stuck to threading only. Now I'm sitting in my car peeling a flaking residue from my face, my face is duller than when I walked in and have to return to work with bozo the clown eyebrows. You get what you pay for :-( overall, the henna tattoo was the only good thing out of it.
My first time going to this location, I normally go to the one on American way, but it was a Sunday so I needed my lashes done, the older lady who did my lashes was horrible, I will never go back to this one again, my lashes did not last a week, they were crooked and you could see where she just glued them on my eyes, I know o should have said something before I left but I just wanted out of there the worst experience I ever had with my lashes, can't speak on the other workers just the elderly one that did mine.
I love coming here! My favorite is AJ. She take care of all my needs. I been coming to this salon for about 5 years. I'm always moving and traveling. It's so wonderful that I can come in town and walk in to get AJ to hook me up. She always slay my eyebrows. Take cares of lip, chin and gets every hair when doing my Brazilian wax
