Bolsanails LLC in Rochester, NY

I don't know why this salon is so highly rated because it's easily one of the worst I've been to. I received a dip manicure, requested medium coffin tips. A majority of my nails were filed unevenly, with the coffin edge coming in way too far. The nails are not even in length or shape in any way. I have also only had them on for a week and so far I have two nails with cracks on both hands. I also paid $70 before tip for these nails that don't look good and did not last a week

Walked in with my two daughters for two full sets, and a manicure. Everyone was kind and welcoming, time management skills and consideration is second to none. We chose Bolsa because we were nearby, and they had good reviews, we live about 20 miles away, there are DOZENS of nail salons between here and there, but we will be returning to Bolsa. See Sofia! She is amazing! As a nail tech and a person in general

Love the atmosphere and how well staff treat their customers here. I'm never disappointed with how my nails turn out! My go-to spot for manicures and pedicures.

I was so excited to get my nails done with my mom( i got acrylics while my mom got a gel pedicure) however, leaving Bolsa Nails, I was very disappointed. The place itself was clean and organized, well maintained. The problem was with our nails. I had chosen a design that I showed to lady the who did my nails(the owner) and as soon as I sat down she went to work, I noticed that she was doing everything very quickly. Within a matter of minutes, she had already filed and was putting on the nail tips. When it came to cutting the desired length, I told her that they were uneven and crooked, she said that she would file them and that they would soon be even. - her tone was a bit sarcastic and she seemed annoyed at the fact I asked her to fix them. when it was time to put on the polish I noticed that the tips she had put on were notably, significantly uneven and slanted, I told her a few times, very politely that I wasn't satisfied with the shape and how they looked but I was ignored. ....anyway, I ended up changing my design to something more simple ( same design, just fewer flowers) and would only have flowers on one fingernail, rather than on all, and there was only a 5-dollar decrease! I was shocked and when was going to say something she said it was because she was doing gel on my nails. Usually, nail spas charge 5 dollars per nail for a design and so, that should have reduced my total by a lot! In the end, my nails turned out so so thick to the point where they feel heavy and uneven. My mom had chosen a gel pedicure and was shocked that the nail tech who was doing her didn't know what he was doing. she asked to have her nails shaped, and he didn't understand what she meant so another tech had to swoop in and told my mom " its cause the angle you are looking at your toes, is uneven" that's why she couldn't see a good shape. I MEAN COME ON! what happened to good service and listening to a customer who is paying a lot of money and tipping you? The moral of this review is that I will not be coming back to such poor service. I was highly disappointed given such good reviews and hope.

I was so excited to get my nails done with my partner and We decided on this location. We both got pedicures but were so displeased by the lack of cleanliness. The lady doing my feet used old equipment on my feet (usually, sterilized equipment is opened in front of you to show that it is new and unused). And to make matters worse, while my feet were still in the water the lady cleaned her hands in my water (and flung the water all over me afterwards) and "cleaned" the tools/equipment she had just used on my feet in the water and proceeded to place them back in the drawer. It was disgusting. Both our feet were itching afterwards just at the thought of the lack of cleanliness we had endured. They must do better. Oh, I also can't forget that allllllllll the polish options (not gel) were clearly OLD. The polishes were alll separating. If you're looking for a relaxing nail day I suggest any other location.
