First time getting my hair cut here. Loved it!! Such a nice salon. Athena did my hair, she was so sweet and did such an awesome job on my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and did exactly that. I will definitely be returning!

Needed to get an updo prior to a wedding while I was in the area. Salon uses texting to confirm hair appointment. I was greeted and told to wait until my stylist was done with her previous customer, then the stylist told me I was late and rushed through my updo in 20 minutes and charged $80. Don't know if this is typical but definitely not returning.

Defiantly recommend getting your hair done here! Very comfortable, relaxing environment and very friendly staff. I defiantly recommend getting your hair done by Ash, she does an unbelievable job!

Horrible experience with last minute cancellations always apologetic but not helpful in accommodating and being courteous to their clients. The owner Angie has a nasty attitude.

Took our 14 year old daughter in for a cut and color. She and her two other sisters had been coming to this particular stylist for many years. She used to work at Phillipsburg Mall then moved to Blush. My husband and I were reluctant to allow our daughter to get her hair colored again (last color was not good), but we decided to let her do it one more time due to her nagging persistence. I sat in a chair close by as the stylist discussed with our daughter what she wanted done. They went back and forth for some time, and I heard something about "carmel colored", but nothing specific about doing highlights. Long story short, our 14 year old daughter had some "upgrades" to her services... I should have known when I came to pick her up 2.5 hours later and she still wasn't done. Cut was cut though. I was given a "holiday discount" which I thought at first was great, but I soon realized after she quoted me a whopping $175, that we were taken advantage of. Shame on me for not asking in advance what the cost could be, pr to set a specific limit; but more so, shame on this stylist for taking advantage of a minor who has no clue what any of the services cost. We certainly did not leave with a smile on our face. I called and spoke with the owner the next day. I expressed my dismay at how inappropriate it was for her employee to perform such costly services to an underage client, without checking with the parents first. I suggested that the stylist could have at least made mention to me while I was sitting there, of the potential cost or she could have suggested to our daughter to text her parents to make sure it was ok to get an almost $200 service. The owners apology was contrived to say the least. She said the menus with prices are available for you to see, and that they are comparable to the competition in the area. Ok but that is not the issue here. I asked what she could do to provide some customer recovery and all she could offer was to comp the $35 "under 17 years old" haircut fee for next time. No thanks. I said there won't be a next time and she seemed not bothered in the least bit with me saying that. This unfortunate scenario demonstrates how little customer loyalty means to them and with that said, one of the so called "competitors" in Easton will now be acquiring new clients.
