I went in to have a cheap haircut done. Only person in the place. The lady who did my hair took her time: she didn't rush me or anything. She even blow dried and straightened my hair which I did not ask for. It was very nice for her to spend so much time on my hair. My problem was. When I got home the left side of my hair was longer than the right side by about 1/2 inch. I could see it. I didn't notice it until after I left. I don't know how this happened. I asked for layers and I previously did not have layers. Maybe that's why but still I don't know how you could miss that. It was very obvious to me once I saw up close. A quick fix did it but I should not have to do that after getting hair done. Don't know if I will return.
My daughter was extremely excited to be working here and it ended up being horrific. Money was stolen from my daughter multiple times by a coworker. The manager ruined her hair by cutting it completely uneven and short. The Manager also kept turning down male cuts because she wasn't comfortable with them. The other employees would of been happy to of cut the men's hair. In conclusion my daughter was screamed at and demeaned by the manager in front of other employees and clients. Not to mention all of Walmart. I was on phone with her and heard the screaming and unprofessional behavior over the phone. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC SALON! Man, woman, and or child. Nothing professional at all about this place.
Everyone in here is so sweet and kind, and know how to give me a laugh. Not to mention, get my hair perfect every single time.
It's a dump. You get what you pay for I guess. PS. If you have an appt, expect to wait irregardless.
I got an AMAZING cut by Samantha at Smart Style... I had been attracted to the salon because of the$ 9.99 coupon that I had gotten off the internet. Really fantastic service; listened to all my needs and concerns (plus a great deal of girl talk as well, lol)... :) Very friendly, personal, and clean salon as well. Anyway, my cut was seriously 10 times better than the last salon I had gone to; at 4 times less the price ! Believe me; do go in and see Samantha (Sam)..... She will take very good care of you, for sure... I am a one very happy customer, indeed :)
