I have been going to spa's for quite a while, but I have to say this was the worst pedi I have ever had. This pedicure actually hurt. I wasn't asked if I wanted my nails shortened, nor was I asked if I was okay with the color. I left with dry, dead skin on my toes. I had to ask to have my calluses done on my big toes, and when I looked closely I had polish on the skin of my toes. I had to ask to have the polish removed from my skin!! I have been here multiple times, but this guy was terrible! Never again!!
Very disappointing. I have gone here for a while and have put up with the waiting but it's ridiculous. I made appointments for me and my friend to get pedicures and manicures and waited 20 minutes for someone to do my toes and then the guy who did my nails was going back and forth between me and another client because "she had been waiting a long time." Don't take walk-ins unless you can actually work on them at that moment. I was there for nearly 3 hours. It took twice as long as it should've due to the waiting. No sorrys from any of the staff either. Absolutely absurd!
Do not waist your time making an appointment. Go if you have all the time in the world. I am sure this place is great, but they let us sit for over 30 minutes after our appointment time so we left.
