BLUME Nails Spa in Solon, OH

Blume Nail Salon is the best nail salon! I had the pleasure of visiting this delightful spot for a manicure before a vacation and was able to secure an appointment on the same day I called, which was incredibly convenient. Initially, I was a tad apprehensive about entrusting my nails to someone new, but my concerns dissipated the moment I stepped inside. The professional atmosphere was immediately reassuring, with each staff member exuding confidence and expertise.Linda was the talented technician who took care of my nails, and she exceeded all my expectations. Not only was her work impeccable, leaving my nails more beautiful than ever, but her warm and engaging personality made the experience truly memorable. Additionally, the pedicure massage chairs offered a level of comfort and relaxation that was simply unparalleled.The entire salon radiates a welcoming and positive energy that makes you want to return before you've even left. I drove half hour to this nail salon and will gladly make the drive again and again for top notch nail technicians. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Blume Nail Salon for another exceptional nail care experience.

Blume does excellent work. However, they do not honor appointments. What is the point of accepting appointments, if clients have to wait 15 or more minutes because you allow walk-ins to get in front of appointments?! This has happened so many times, but I've had it. The prices are higher than other salons AND I'm sitting here waiting (or worse, today I was standing and waiting) for over 30 minutes without anyone starting on me? NO THANKS. They lost a customer today.

I visited this salon while vacationing in Cleveland. While getting a pedicure, I overheard the male nail tech tell the lady in the chair next to me that it looks like she hasn't had a pedicure in a long time and that her feet where in bad shape. He then made her lotion her own feet, to which she was visibly upset. After I completed my pedicure, which was done very well, I moved to a different nail tech for a full set of acrylic nails. The nail tech was obviously inexperienced. After I told him that some of my nails were longer than others, he stopped working on my nails and pulled out a sheet of paper to add up how much my nails and pedicure will cost. He then preceded to ask me if the total amount would be an issue before continuing my nail service. When I asked the nail tech if he checks to see if all of his clients can afford their services in the middle of their service, he simply looked at me and did not respond. Considering the lady who sat next to me in the pedicure chair and I are both African American, it appears that the nail techs in this salon have biases against certain customers.

Super friendly, flexible and open 7 days a week. I've had services from at least 5 different artists and they are all amazing! Landed on my fav, Amanda, who is upmost skilled and professional. I like trying new things and they never act like I'm a pain or trying to get me out quickly! And it pays to pay in cash!!! Atmosphere is also clean and beautiful! I won't go anywhere else!

While my nails look good I have to write a review about the service I received at Blume. My mom, myself and my grandma had an appointment at 9:30. When we arrived we had to wait a few minutes which is no problem but eventually it was 10:00 and no one had touched any of our nails. By 10:30 my grandma still had not been taken. Not once did anyone apologize or say they were sorry for the inconvenience. We did not leave until after 12:00. We frequest Blume and are truly appalled by this service.
