Bluffton Lash Lounge in Bluffton, SC

I have been a customer of this business for approximately a year.While some lash technicians are better than others,I have not had a problem until recently.The stylist that I normally use was on vacation so I scheduled my usual service with another so as to keep them maintained.Within 2 days(with proper care)my lashes began falling out.On the third day I called the manager who was characteristically rude to me and tod me I would have to pay for another visit.By the end of one week,I did not have any lashes left at all.I contacted the owner of the business who told me I would receive another service free of charge,which I did.I then received an email from her(the business owner)telling me I would no longer be able to patronize their business.I was at no time rude to any of the staff during any of my visits.I expected the manager and owner to stand behind the service they provide and when it is done improperly have it made right without retribution.I would recommend people use one of the many other lash salons in the area.

I have been here three times for my eye brows twice with someone who is not there anymore and one today with a new lady. I am so incredibly disappointed with my eyebrows today, I would recommend this place left and right when I saw the other woman now I will be avoiding at all costs. I had super natural eyebrows and now they are so uneven and on my left one it's cut so short it looks awful. I would not come here again and couldn't be more unhappy with the results today.

I've been going here for over 2 1/2 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They provide a nice, clean & relaxing environment and are very professional. They are timely on their appointments and will work with you if you need to reschedule or need a certain day/ time .I love Jenifer , one of the owners. I look forward to my monthly visits and chats !
If you are wanting to try lash extensions- this is the place . I drive almost an hour each way and it's worth it to me!

I've gone to MULTIPLE lash places in South Carolina but this one is the best, clean facility, super professional staff and they are very helpful when choosing your style, been going here for a couple months now and i suggest it to all my friends. A little bit pricey but they last a good 2 weeks almost 3.

The staff here is great. They went the extra mile to make sure my daughter and I were happy with our lashes. I highly reccomend  this salon
