I would usually come here. But this last time, I had a man who claimed to be the manager at Ann's nails do my pedi and he ruined it for me. He was very rude to me when I asked where one of his employees were. I've been to this nail salon a lot and I've noticed that my nails last longer when 2 particular women do them. I also love that these same 2 particular women have given me the most quality service I've experienced since I started getting my nails done back in 2008. I've had the manager do my full set before and the attitude I've received from him in the past makes me want to stir clear from him anytime I walk through those doors. Here recently and after witnessing him being rude to customers which made them ask him what's wrong with him and disrespecting his staff in front of me and other customers I will probably never come back here again. I wish I remembered the 2 particularly women's name. One is an older lady with glasses who usually does the pedicures, and the other is a middle aged lady with a soft voice who does all the full sets. There's a third lady, but she's rude too. She's demanded I tip the manager after being rude to me. I'm a strong believer in tipping but I don't give extra for poor service. Sadly I have to find another nail shop to go to.

Good and quick nail service. When the worker did the water it was way too hot my feet were burning. When they were painting my fingernails the person doing them were laughing with other workers and pointing at a woman relaxing.
