I have been coming to this salon since the doors opened. Always a good experience. I recently had my first issue with dip powder on my natural nails. I called the manager and let her know I wasn't happy at all with the turn out, she stated I could come back and she fixed it gladly. I would recommend them to anyone. Great atmosphere and resolves customer complaints.
My previous review was 5 stars. Now it's 1. After 10 years of going here, bringing my daughters, telling friends and family to come here, I am done. I went in for a mani and pedi while my daughter got her fill and gel polish. The lady told me I didn't need a mani and I said yea, but I would like one. She ignored me and just polished my nails. When my daughter's nails were done they said oh did you STILL want your pedicure, I said no thanks. I guess it is all about how much they can upsell and since I just wanted regular polish they didn't have time for me. That's okay, there are many other nails salons who will appreciate my and my families business. It is too bad, I used to love this place.

tbh i really love k nails but this time i was hell bc i got to k nails at 4:50 and i didn't get my nails started until 5:18 . so ok then the lady was doing my nails and she was being really rough on my nails and it was hurting so i got a french tip with a heart this ill show a picture of what i wanted and what i got but she cut my fingers then she got done w/ my hand and she got to my feet nothing wrong until she got up and messed it up . as u see in the video she cut the sides of my fingers
