Bloomfield Nails & Spa of Southfield in Southfield, MI

I wish I could give this racist establishment -0 stars. Worst experience Ive had in a while with a nail shop. I felt the energy off the moment I walked in and that intuition was CORRECT! Will not be returning, especially after multiple complaints about this place.

Absolutely horrific! While there a customer and worker had a screaming match disputing charges, to where a physical altercation happened and police were dispatched. When it came for me to check out I said using debit card so in essence cash, nope refused saying I am still being upcharged for using a credit card. They literally comprehend zero English. Run from this place at ALL cost.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I experienced the most horrible experience ever from the staff on. 2/24. My fiancée and I got there at 6:25p they close at 7:30p I figured my pedicure would be about 30/45 mins tops. From start to finish I was uncomfortable because the lady that did my feet was very rough and she was digging her nails in my skin and pounding my legs with her wrist. I was literally moving around in the chair due to the pain I was experiencing. She was very rough with the salt scrub to where my skin is sensitive as I type this at 10:56a. Then I asked for acrylic on my big toe and they barely applied any to them. I didn't ask for pink and white and they didn't even ask me the color I wanted for the base of my French tips. Then no one was communicating with me what was going on all I know is someone else was taking over. She also made my water very hot then was talking about me to her coworkers that was sitting behind her doing other customers. I understood everything they were saying. On top of that they all were hovering over the person with their coats on. I still had product on my feet that I wiped off myself. The towels they put on my legs became very ice cold and they left them there until I said something about removing them. My fiancée and I were very upset with the service and we won't be ever going back to them again.

I went to the spa. I sat in a chair at 2 o'clock. I was out of the chair at 2:16 the woman rush so fast I thought maybe she might get a ticket for speeding I did not feel pampered. I did not feel appreciated and I didn't even have enough time to relax, so at the end when you're looking to see if you had a tip the tip is don't rush the process I go because I want to be pampered I don't have to wait until my feet looks like 8 feet to go get pampered. You could've massaged it or did some additional lotion, so at least you could've spent 20 minuteson my feet I would not recommend this place unless you want to go to a horse race.

Smells like they had a sewage backup. The nail techs are good but not very nice. I tried it a few times but the smell. Can't do it. Buhbye !
