Had a wonderful massage today by Vickie Giangregorio.
Her knowledge of physical therapy and strong hands make for a great combination.
I really like the way loosens my neck up first and then gently moves it into various "ranges of motion".
I also really liked the smell of her incense and the lavender fragrance she used towards the end of my massage.
I highly recommend Vickie with her PT knowledge and skills for releasing tension and relaxing your muscles.
Relaxation is the name of the game at this locale. Everywhere you look there are touches to make you feel calm and serene - starting w a cup of tea while you wait and fill out paperwork. The only downfall I saw was the one floor you have to climb to reach the sauna and massage room (or at least the one we had) but the infrared sauna was super and the masseurs (Lila and Rainn) were terrific. They worked their magic on my daughter and me and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will be back!!
I recently had a spray tan with Sharon- she was wonderful! My spray tan looked great and I love how she gave me the option to wear a protective mask. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Sharon!! Also, the salon is very nice too! Great experience!
