They do not honor appointments. Why to make an appt if you can't keep it. It appears this is a recurring event based on the reviews. Wished it was a more dependable service. Also, during my pedicure the lady kept taking breaks for phone calls and texting. Ugh.
I came at opening time (10am) on a Saturday morning and it was very quiet and calm. For a basic mani pedi, the nail technicians were very polite and did a wonderful job and were very gentle. I'm unfortunately prone to ingrown toe nails, so they did a great job on being very gentle. Would come back!
Well... I would like to say we tried here but like other reviews, I arrived promptly to my appointment and 30 mins later, was still waiting. We ended up leaving because we couldn't wait any longer.
Decided to give this place a shot. Made an appointment for nail service and drove 30 minutes to the salon. Upon arrival I was told that there was a problem because the technicians were busy and would not be able to accommodate my appointment. I understand being busy and short staffed. Don't book an appointment if you can't honor it.
Lack of professionalism:/
I had an appointment scheduled for my birthday at 10am, which is what time Coco Nails opens. I was waiting along with three other vehicles for the staff to arrive and open the doors. I sat in the parking lot until 10:30am and no one showed up. The other three vehicles left after 15 minutes and one vehicle that pulled in left shortly after seeing that they were closed. If you are going to run an establishment it would be professional to actually communicate with your clients, especially if they have an appointment. I had to go and find another place last minute which I should have not had to do on my birthday.
