Went there once a few months ago for a simple trim, and it was an OK experience. Called this week to try to make an appointment. No one answered the phone. Phone rang and rang, and then finally voicemail picked up. Left a message. They never called back. No way to make an online appointment. Clearly they aren't interested in getting back to their clients. Just more of the bad customer service out there in the world today. I won't call back.
I've been going to Lindsay for a few years now. I moved to salem and went to someone closer to my new home and she ruined my hair (see first picture- lesson learned) I made the drive and not only did she fix it beautifully, she was a great person to talk to! Cannot recommend enough
I have been going to Bliss for a couple of years now. When I would notice how great someone's cut/style was, or how beautiful their hair color was I started asking where they go for their hair treatment. I had several community members share that they go to April at Bliss. April is truly a professional in every way! She is methodical in her cut and styling, with my heavy straight hair it's not easy to get my hair to lay correctly nor hold its shape- April keeps my hair healthy and styled perfectly!! My color treatments are fun to get- I show her the tone and effect I'm going for, she provides her expert knowledge and I've always been happy with the results.

I have been a client of Lyndsay's for years now, and she NEVER disappoints. I usually get blonde highlights, but occasionally I'll ask her to switch it up and she always gives me exactly what I'm looking for. You can tell she cares a lot about her job and her clients. She is the BEST! The salon is super cute and in a great location. Every staff member there is so welcoming and talented. Bliss is the best and I highly recommend checking them out!

I went in for a cut and color. The haircut seems fine. The color is NOT. I wanted lightened (blonde) and ended up brown. Clearly she could SEE what color I had grown out. For the privilege of this experience it was $110 !! I don't pay that much in The Pearl. I will not go back.
