Emily makes every appointment specific and interactive with each client. She always listens specifically to what your looking for and she's honest in how to accomplish those goals. The results I have gotten going to Emily's salon the last few years has been outstanding. I always leave so happy with the results. I would recommend Emily over and over!

I have been going to Whitney for 5 years. She is truly an artist with balayage, cuts and color. I am very picky with my color and I love that the highlights are perfectly blended, natural looking and I can go 3-5 months without touch-ups (this was definitely tested as my roots grew out during 7 months of quarantine!). I recently chopped off 10 inches and only would trust Whitney to turn my thick hair into a chic, sleek long bob. Whitney is also very kind and professional. She is super organized with bookings (other salons have double-booked me, don't book enough time, etc.) and great at communicating with clients. The salon is very clean, full of natural light and always a treat to visit.

I can not recommend this place and in particular Whitney enough. She is a kind person with amazing knowledge and a huge talent base. I guarantee you she will make your hair look exactly like you want it to look. She's the best!

I was referred to this Salon by a lady I met at Whole Foods. She told me to see Whitney, but because she was already booked way in advance, I decided to try out Kyleigh. While Kyleigh initially seemed sweet and friendly during my hair service which was a haircut, highlights and root contrast, I was very disappointed with how she handled the end result. My hair and root color looked nothing liked what we discussed nor like the two pictures I showed her beforehand. She even admitted she went lighter on the root color afterwards. When I told Kyleigh I wasn't happy with the color, she offered to redo my hair, which was the right thing to do, and I was initially ok with that. However, I after my appointment I had some unexpected health issues come up and had to go to the ER. Since it was difficult for me to come in at that time to redo my hair, I asked Kyleigh if I could just get my money back for the color since I was happy with the haircut. She said that wasn't her policy and stands by her work! Her response was very disappointing as I thought she would have been more understanding of my medical/health situation. Finally after going back and forth she offered me a $43 refund which was a complete insult after I had paid $168 for the color. Then after more back and forth, she said $100 was the most she could do. Now I'm left disputing the rest of the $68 with my credit card company. Then on top of that, she wanted to charge me $25 to cover the cost of the color she used on me! Not a good thing to say or do when your client is already upset. Overall, Kyleigh seemed to care more about keeping the money than making her client happy. This isn't a good customer policy in my book. Plus, it wasn't like she was walking away with nothing for her services. She was still getting paid for the haircut and kept the $20 tip. Regardless this whole process has been very frustrating and time consuming on many levels, and definitely wasn't worth it!

I just got my hair cut here, it was affordable and quick and my hair turned out gorgeous! Kyleigh is very friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely be coming back here for other services!
