Karina is the best stylist there for me. She does magic to my hair and have yet to damage it. She'll continue to stay my stylist
Went in to have my hair colored 6 weeks prior to getting a perm and eyebrow wax. With a perm being what it is and prior bad experiences at a different Salon, I was glad to have had a prior visit with the stylist doing my perm. It was a huge relief and I was satisfied with the color. However weeks later when I contacted her to get the perm and wax set up, she turned me away and said she was giving me to someone else. Didn't ask if I was ok with it or anything- zero explanation. Destroyed all comfort I spoke of before. The new lady messaged me with an appointment and though hesitant and uncomfortable I agreed to it. Then, on the day of my appointment she messages me 3 hours before the appointment and cancels it, which I would understand as she had a family emergency and life happens, but there was absolutely no offer to reschedule. Just cancelled. The entire experience after my initial visit has been unprofessional and poorly handled. I was hoping to finally find a regular salon and stylist... but looks like this place and these people aren't it.
New Image Salon in Arizona City butchered my hair, but, PTL, Bleu Rose was able to fit me in right away, and Karina performed a miracle. I don't think my hair has looked this good and shiny and healthy since I left SoCal over a year ago. I would recommend Karina to anyone, but please stay away from New Image. Thank you my little hair witch! Lol
I was very nervous due bad experiences at other salons but I was soon relieved of my anxiety. I forgot the name of my stylist due to my initial apprehensions. She was trim with long red hair. She asked me about my plans for my hair, what I did not like etc... It was a great experience.
First time in and they got it right the first go round ,so happy with both hair and nails.Third time in got the worst haircut and color. She said she used the same color. NO WAY!!!!!! nail tec made hang nails. Her tools were dull and instead of cutting them felt like she pulled them off. ouch
