I am not going to leave 1 star review because I know how poorly it can effect businesses. However, I had an appointment this morning for a classic full set, and the lady didn't show up. I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before I called for my ride to come and get me. Kinda disappointed, just ended up booking somewhere else...it's like my only day off of work so I am so lucky I could get fit in somewhere today /:
I arrived at my appointment 10 mins late and was worried I might have to reschedule because I read earlier through some google reviews that they'd like you to be there ahead of your scheduled time for a few mins because there some paperwork. They also charge for cancellation or no shows 25$. Luckily it's a 15 min grace period and wen I arrived Pa gave me the form and I filled it out. Then she got to work right away. Pa was very efficient and answered a lot of my questions as well (first time eye lash extensions). We decided to go for the classic set and it took about 2 hrs to do all the hairs. They attach each hair with an extension that's already curled. At the end I felt very pretty. Definitely recommended!
I've been going to Amelia for a couple months now & I love it. Belashii is a very nice salon with a great atmosphere. It's so relaxing that I almost always fall asleep & wake up with amazing natural looking lashes. Amelia has also tinted my brows & let me tell you, if you are looking for precision this is the place to go! I've never left unhappy & my lashes last forever!! I'm very happy she was recommended to me.
Nice, fast and natural looking lash extensions. Extensions are very long lasting and Amelia is very quick to respond to concerns. Price is competitive to other lash extension salons.

Sub-par lashes that fall off within the week and super poor customer service. Unfriendly attitude and then she didn't even show up on my last appointment!! I waited for 20 minutes, left, and then they charged ME for not showing up. I explained that I was there and the door was locked, but I was ignored. Spend your money somewhere else.
