Ayah is amazing! I booked a last minute appointment to chop off my hair (like 8-10 inches, photo attached is the after) and Ayah did such an amazing job. She is so friendly, bubbly, and listens to what I requested. I do my own color so I didn't need that done, but Ayah took care with my color and hair which I sincerely appreciate. I believe she's newer to the salon, but I'm so glad I found her! Would highly recommend this shop and it's stylists!

Wow!! Just wow. What a cool salon with a fun vibe. Leah did an incredible job on my hair. She did repair and maintenance that another stylist screwed up...this was no easy task, however the end result was fabulous!

I generally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Black Cadillac Salon & Barber. I did not just have a great experience, I had arguably the best experience I have ever had going to a Salon! Let's just start with this place is probably the coolest salon I have ever stepped foot in. I felt like I was at an upscale bar the interior design is just next level cool and you feel instantly comfortable when you step foot inside. I'd honestly be down to just hang out here all day. Now let's talk about the staff. To say they have excellent customer service is almost an insult to the amazing staff here. They take it up to a whole other level and you feel at home and like Leah and her team are longtime friends or family. You can tell they all genuinely enjoy working there and what they do. Which is extremely rare because being in this industry it is not an easy job and is often taken for granted by clients. The staff also all work together to get ideas and tips to ensure that each client is getting the absolute best experience. It's really awesome to watch them all work together. Now let me tell you about my experience. I have my hair in a weird in between phase of having it cut short for so long and not trying to grow it. I had been putting off getting a haircut because unfortunately I just haven't had the best experiences in AZ with finding a hairstylist who can cut short hair well or a barber who will cut women's hair. By chance I did a search on yelp and decided to check out Black Cadillac because it listed as both a salon & barber. Best. Decision. Ever. Not only did they make me feel extremely welcome and comfortable but they listened to what I was looking for and talked me through what they were thinking would look great. They recommended a great product to use on my hair at home but weren't overly pushy like some salons can be with products. Here's where this place really stole my heart. At the end of the haircut I went to pay for everything and Leah said no. As it happened, the day I went to get my haircut it was Veterans Day and they had been running a special of free haircuts for veterans that day. I did not know that at all as it wasn't listed on yelp! During my haircut I had told Leah I was enjoying the day volunteering and marching in the Veterans Day parade, as an Army vet it's something I enjoy every year getting to spend time with fellow veterans. Thinking nothing of it and just enjoying the conversation with Leah who seemed genuinely interested and shared her own stories of family and other staff who volunteer helping veterans. Usually the free haircuts tend to only apply to the male veterans, at least in my experience. To have such an amazing experience and then be told that my haircut was free blew my mind. I actually gave Leah a hug and promptly walked to my car were I proceeded to cry because I had never experienced that before. I have recommended Black Cadillac to my family and friends in the area and I strongly recommend anyone else to check them out. You will absolutely not be disappointed!

This place is great! Heather does a great job making you feel welcome...well, all the ladies we've met here so far do honestly. Since I spent the day getting my hair intricately colored by Heather I got to see all the ladies in action and I can say they are all very talented professionals with great personalities. The salon itself has a great sense of style and the ambience really sets someone like me at ease since I sometimes find the cold, aloof sterility of some "high end" salons to be very off putting. This place feels like the epitome of chill and hip without being disdainful or unapproachable. And the quality of service is top notch. We will definitely keep coming back!
