I have been coming to Lisa and Laura for almost 20 years. They are incredible humans and even more amazing hair stylists. They are brutally honest in the best way possible about how you can achieve your hair goals whilst maintaining the integrity of your hair. I cannot rave about the twins enough regarding their knowledge of hair, incredible styling, product recommendations, and flexibility with scheduling. Laura has gone out of her way to come in on days off in order to accommodate for my busy work schedule. I live an hour away from Gemini and will continue to make the drive in order to see Laura and Lisa! I could not recommend them any more!

I'm parting ways with this salon after 16 years, but Laura gives a great haircut and Hailey is great with roots and blowout. Thank you for taking care of me for all this time. Unfortunately, Laura's minimal availability and the inflated prices are too much to deal with anymore.

5 stars for the stylists I see. Three because Stephanie who works the front desk is purposefully difficult or demeaning when trying to checkout, rebook, schedule or call about product in stock. She will speak to you like a child repeat herself multiple times and change her tone when she's asked to check another date. I have to see two people because she says their schedules are always full yet when I text my girls they seem to get me right in. I get the same service every time, it's not like she's uninformed on my treatment time. I dread calling and talking to Stephanie. They need someone enthusiastic and dedicated to their clientele representing the face of the company. I am positive I not the only one who feels this way!
