This place is terrible since the old manager recently left! Took my son in for a haircut and the lady butchered his hair. His neck wasn't even shaved all the way. I told her how awful it looked -double lines, long hairs poking out and all. Honestly looked like my daughter cut her 5 year old brothers hair. She had no clue what she was doing maybe even on shrooms idk but NEVER AGAIN!
Haven't been to this location in a very long time. My hairdresser of 15+ years recently retired so I needed to find a new person. The location I used was always fully booked. I decided to try this one closer to my house. Many open appointments made me Leary as to why no one was going there. But I took a chance. Alexis was my stylist and she was amazing. For the first time in a long time I had to explain how I wanted my hair done. I didn't have a usual. We came up with a fresh new look and I am so happy I took this chance. Great conversation and I feel less anxious about going back and starting a new decades long relationship.
Went here for haircut. I pad with bank card. I left no tip on card. She asked me if I wanted receipt and I declined. I gave her cash tip. When I checked my bank account I see I was charged $5 more than the amount she told me. I can only assume she added a $5 tip. I will never go there again.
See amber she does an amazing job and takes her time she is the only one I see I definitely recommend her it's hard to find people that take so much pride at there job in the customer service are
Absolutely horrible service.. Didn't get what we asked for and when we called to complain and request a refund, the stylist and the manager were rude and I was hung up on.
