I I used to go to this place and went and got my dip down it didn't even last a week without be having to call and go in to get a nail fixed I asked the last and she said she would only fix one nail because she didn't do them when I told her that I work and have two kids and it's hard for me to come back the next day 4 nails were clipped and two off . I got my two daughters toes done too because of the cute chairs , but after spending 100$ and there calling the next day to let her know she was rude .. and when I left my cup and went back she was like u have to wait for the lady who did your nails , and it was going back to school week I didn't have time so when I went back after having dip she said it's over a week , I'm like I didn't pay 50$ plus tip to have my nails not be done right . I was so disappointed
Absolute worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in to have nails removed, she basically cut them down then ripped them off with another nail tip. The experience was similar to what it would be like had I just ripped them off myself at home. My nails were completely damaged afterwards but I gave the benefit of the doubt assuming there would be some rehabilitation (filing, shaping, cuticle oil - literally anything) after removing the nails. She just told me to wash my hands. I've had nails removed many times and there's always work done in a way to protect the nail as much as possible & rehabilitate them. I will Never be back to this place.
Everyone was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend. Tom was patient and listen to my needs. Mrs. T did an amazing pedicure, while making me feel very comfortable. I will be back.

Since I moved to NC from NY, I have visited quite a few nails salons, I could never find a place that I wanted to return to. Until a friend recommended Beverly nails and spa, I honestly felt comfortable and satisfied right away. My first visit was with T, she was super friendly, and we connected from day one. Mary and her entire staff are wonderful technicians, extremely friendly. They have a great variety of nail polish colors. I have been coming here for about 3 years now, and will continue to do so. I highly recommended this salon., great customer service.
I decided to try this place because it's very close to my house. The service wasn't great. The nail tech was rude and didn't do a good job at shaping my nails. They also up charge for every little thing. Will not be returning again. There are other better salons in Cary.
