Love this salon! It's under new management and the new owner is so nice and friendly! Nicole is my stylist that I followed from a different salon! She is amazing! She took the time to get my color right so the highlights blend and look natural. I no longer have a color line between my root touch up and highlight color. Her cuts are amazing and she even takes the time to help me learn how to blow dry and style my curtain bangs! I have tried several salons in the area, and I am so grateful I found this salon and Nicole!
The first time my daughter had Bailey her color and cut was done beautiful exactly what I asked for of balayage with little bit of pink that can wash out. When we came in recent I asked for same except cut shorter since she needs to wear it up a lot. I paid, with 20% tip, over 200 hundred and I feel humiliated because what I got is koolaid looking hair with highlights which is cheaper then balayage. The koolaid color is only on sides and uneven looks brassy. Worse part I was doing this for pictures and I am definitely not buying pictures now. I didn't want to complain in front of my daughter, but they lost a customer.
My first time here and I had a haircut by Ashley. She understood exactly what I wanted and worked magic with my uneven hair. She is a pro and I will definitely be going back to her. Thank you Ashley! :)
Also, the salon had a laid back atmosphere which was refreshing and relaxing.
This was my 4th visit I think I was very disappointed in the service and quality of my cut. I have curly hair and always struggle to find someone who knows what to do. I asked for someone who knows curly hair but not sure they did. They were so rushed to get me in chair they didn't even clean up after last customer. Hair was all over chair and floor and tools from last customer on bench. She chopped of a section of my hair in front and now I have a huge chunk of hair missing on one side.
Horrible place! The receptionists is so rude, and the manager is so out of touch with customer service! They do not stand by their work.
